Allana Ferguson bio
Allana began her career with Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering numerous knee injuries throughout the years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana participated in her first female soccer match in 2015 and played for New South Wales against Queensland. Allana has also been a regular radio presenter, appearing frequently on 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana has also earned a teaching degree. Allana Ferguson holds the rare distinction of playing for Australia in three sports - rugby sevens as well as touch, and rugby league. Jillaroos' star Allana Ferguson has been called upon to announce an early conclusion to her professional rugby career following a tear to her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson aged 25, has previously suffered tears in the same ligament when she was 15 or 17 years old, and then 20 when she was 17. A fourth tear indicated her time was done. Ferguson played for JILLAROOS's team and was forced to quit earlier due to a fourth accident to her left ACL. Ferguson confirmed to The Courier Mail that she was injured during training during November. Ferguson has been the player in the women's rugby league for several seasons.
